There are so many things to do and see at the most magical place on earth. From attractions, shows, character meetings and more, Disney World has it all no matter what you enjoy doing. There are always those top rides though that you prioritize before others and can ride over and over again multiple times throughout the day. Here\u2019s 10 of our favorite rides at the Magic Kingdom that we think you\u2019ll love!<\/p>\n

Splash Mountain<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Zip A Dee doo dah! Splash mountain is always a favorite, especially on a hot day of walking around the park. We absolutely love the music and cheery animals on the ride, and the photo taken at the end is always hilarious. There is something so exciting about going up that top, getting a quick look at the castle before plunging down that 50\u2019 drop. Recently, Disney announced they are remodeling and changing it into a Princess and the Frog ride. Although we will miss Splash Mountain so much, we are curious to what the new one will look like and are excited to ride it!<\/p>\n

Pirates of the Carribean<\/h4>\n

Yo ho, yo ho! Are we the only ones that are obsessed with the smell of this ride? We love how you are transported as soon as you start sailing and it feels like you\u2019re in another time. We can\u2019t help but get the song stuck in our heads and sing along with Jack Sparrow. Fun fact: this is the last ride that Walt Disney had a hand in creating before his death.<\/p>\n

Peter Pan\u2019s Flight<\/h4>\n

Here we go, off to Neverland! This magical ride is one of our all time favorites and we always try to ride it a couple times every time we\u2019re at Magic Kingdom. As soon as you board your flying pirate ship it is a magical experience. We love seeing iconic moments from the film and the message of Peter Pan is one that is so important to the meaning of Disney World. When you\u2019re at the parks you have no worries and live in a fantasy world where you don\u2019t have to be a grown up. We hope this ride sticks around and is never redone because it is such a big part of Magic Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Under the sea ~ Journey of the little mermaid<\/h4>\n

We love boarding a clam shell and going under the sea for a fun time with Ariel and the gang. This ride takes you through the story of The Little Mermaid including iconic numbers like \u201cunder the sea\u201d and \u201ckiss the girl\u201d. We love being immersed into this undersea world and getting to relive Ariel\u2019s journey in such a fun way.<\/p>\n

Haunted Mansion<\/h4>\n

Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize! This is another all time favorite ride of ours at Magic Kingdom. It\u2019s so unique and there really isn\u2019t anything else like it in the park. Right away, the creepy and eerie tone is set in the pre show and then you jump in your buggy and the real fun begins. Our favorite part is when you see all the spirits dancing in the dining room. There are so many awesome effects during this ride and we notice something new each time we ride it.<\/p>\n

Mickey\u2019s Philharmagic<\/h4>\n

Mickey\u2019s Philharmagic is such a magical experience from beginning to end. This is more of a mini show, as you\u2019re sitting down in the theater and are given 3D glasses to watch the show. You experience what happens when Donald Duck finds Mickey\u2019s sorcerer hat and tries to conduct. He is thrusted into some favorite animated films, including The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and The Little Mermaid. The special effects are incredible and really make you feel a part of the show as you sing along to some of your favorite Disney songs.<\/p>\n

Carousel of Progress<\/h4>\n

There\u2019s a great big beautiful tomorrow! This is an oldie, but goodie. Many people just use the carousel of progress as an escape from the rain or overbearing heat of the florida sun, but this is always a huge part of our trips to Magic Kingdom. The ride takes you through the different time periods of the American family, showing the progress and how things are always changing. We love the message this ride sends, and it is one of the oldest rides in the park.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a Small World\u201d<\/h4>\n

It\u2019s a small world after all! Although the song is repetitive and catchy, this is one that is a must do when we are in Disney. It\u2019s so interesting to see the various cultures that are shown in this ride and all of the dolls and costumes are stunning. The message behind it being that, at the end of the day, we all aren\u2019t so different after all. We all have laughter, tears, hopes, and fears. It’s especially fun to go on this one over and over again because you\u2019ll always spot something new!<\/p>\n

Buzz Lightyear\u2019s Space Ranger Spin<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Buzz lightyear to the rescue! This is always a fun one to ride, especially for those who are competitive. You board your star ship and are on a mission to defeat the evil Zurg and save the galaxy. You win points by hitting the targets and can even become the galactic hero if you accumulate enough points!<\/p>\n

The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Silly, willy, nilly old bear! We always enjoyed watching Winnie the Pooh when we were young and reading his books, and even as adults this ride is so much fun. You board a honey pot and it is like you jumped right into the story book. Our favorite part is when you get to bounce with Tiger! So many great visuals and you get to have fun with Pooh and all his friends.<\/p>\n

These are just a few of our favorite rides in Magic Kingdom, as our favorite rides are constantly changing the more we go and the more they add. One thing all of these rides have in common is the way they bring your favorite stories to life in a way that only Disney magic can.<\/p>\n\n\n
